These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to the landing page of the Sailtoo project.

2. Absence of sale and payment

As of the date of publication of these GTC, no paid product or service is offered for sale via the site.

Registration on the site (waitlist, contact form, expression of interest) is completely free of charge and does not result in any payment.

3. Absence of contractual commitment

Registration on the landing page does not constitute:

• either an order;

• or a purchase commitment;

• or a promise to provide a service.

No business relationship is formed between the user and the publisher at this stage.

4. Future evolution of the service

The publisher reserves the right to later launch an MVP or commercial version of the Sailtoo service.

If applicable, access to and use of these services will be subject to specific General Terms of Use and Sale, distinct from these.

Users registered on the landing page may be informed of the service launch, without any subscription obligation.

5. Liability

The publisher cannot be held responsible for:

• the absence of service launch;

• the time delays for market launch;

• any changes to the functional scope or business model.

6. Applicable law

These GTC are subject to French law.
