1. Organization

This draw is organized by Guillaume CHARON, project holder of Sailtoo, acting personally as part of the pre-launch phase of the project.

The draw is organized as free, with no purchase obligation, and with the aim of promoting and launching the Sailtoo project.

2. Participation conditions

Participation in the draw is open to any adult individual with a valid email address.

Participation is:

• 100% free,

• with no purchase obligation,

• limited to one entry per person.

The same person can create only one account. Any attempt at fraud or multiple participation may lead to exclusion from the draw.

3. Ticket acquisition methods

Participation tickets are allocated for free according to the following methods:

• 1 free ticket for the first 4,000 registered (the pioneers - those who registered on the first day) on the Sailtoo landing page;

• 3 free tickets for users with Jobber or Ambassador status;

• 1 additional ticket is given for each validated referral (new user registered with a valid email address).

The total number of tickets per person is capped at 5 maximum tickets, across all methods of acquisition.

4. Prizes at stake

The prizes at stake are as follows:

• 1st prize: a week on a 12-meter sailboat for 4 people with a skipper (from Saturday 9 a.m. to the following Friday 5 p.m.);

• 2nd prize: 3 days of coaching for 4 people on a 12-meter sailboat with a skipper (from the first day 9 a.m. to the third day 5 p.m.);

• 3rd prize: a weekend on a 12-meter sailboat for 4 people with a skipper (from Saturday 9 a.m. to Sunday 5 p.m.);

• From 4th to 50th prize: a one-year subscription offered to the Sailprime plan;

• From 51st to 100th prize: a 6-month subscription offered to the Sailprime plan.

The exact dates for the availability of the nautical prizes will be defined later based on availability.

5. Draw

The draw will take place publicly:

• either during the Mille Sabords du Crouesty Show – October 2026,

• or during the Grand Pavois of La Rochelle – September 2026.

The final date and location will be confirmed on the Sailtoo site and by email to the participants.

6. Designation of winners

The winners will be selected by random draw from among all valid tickets.

Each ticket corresponds to one chance to win.

The winners will be contacted by email at the address provided during registration.

7. Responsibility

The draw is organized as part of a pre-launch phase project.

The awarding of the prizes is subject to the actual launch of the Sailtoo project. In case of circumstances beyond the organizer's control, a prize of equivalent value may be offered.

Free game with no purchase obligation in accordance with article L.121-36 of the Consumer Code.

The names of the winners will be announced publicly during one of the shows mentioned in article 5.

The prizes may be given:

• either directly on site during the show,

• or by contacting via email if the winner is absent.

The organizer's responsibility cannot be held liable in case of modification, postponement, or cancellation of the draw for reasons beyond their control.

8. Personal data

The data collected during the draw is used exclusively for:

• managing entries,

• designating and contacting winners,

• information related to the Sailtoo project.

In accordance with applicable regulations, each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

9. Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these rules
